Group rates: for groups of 3 or more from the same facility (that register together) an additional registration fee reduction of 10% per person is offered. *Use the dates provided for the additional early registration fee bonus (in addition to the reduced group percentage) if received within the timeframe.

Refund Policy
A refund (minus a $50.00 fee) will be made if written or e-mail cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the first day of the scheduled conference. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course.

Starting Times
Sign-in is at 8:00 a.m. on the first day of the workshop, which will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m., with morning, lunch, and afternoon breaks. Lunch will be on your own. There are a host of restaurant choices for lunch within walking distance and within the host hotel.
